Dr. Jur. Joachim Thilo Senst
Director & CEO
Dr. Senst studied law in Cologne. He started his professional career as a judge in Germany. In 1996, he entered the photographic industry and was appointed as Chairman of the Board of a factory of photographic products. In 2005, he switched to a Dutch company active in the sector of indoor decoration. He became a board member in the field of international expansion and was appointed Managing Director of the German subsidiary. Since 2008, Dr. Senst is CEO and member of the management at GBT.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Carbow studied business management with focus on foreign trade and finance. In 2001, he entered into the photographic industry as an assistant to the board of a photographic company. Later, he was appointed Commercial Manager of the company. In 2005, he transitioned to GBT, where he first served as Commercial Manager. In March 2013, he was appointed Managing Director of GBT GmbH.
Kyle spent the first 10 years of his career working in public accounting where he worked in both audit and advisory practices working with private companies and investment funds. In 2007 Kyle left the world of public accounting to focus on providing management and accounting services to public companies across a variety of industries including food production, agriculture, cannabis, technology, mining, crypto-currency and others. Kyle has been the Chief Financial Officer for numerous companies, listed in Canada, US and London and has extensive experience in financial reporting, providing strategic direction and leadership, IPOs, fund raising, and corporate governance. He holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation and is a member in good standing of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and Canada.
Mr. Schopf is CEO of the listed company PVA TePla. He also acts as a business angel in four companies, and a member of B-to-V Partners, a venture capital firm and a leading investor network in Europe. From August 2010 to March 2015, Alfred was the CEO of Leica Camera AG – the biggest camera manufacturer in Europe. Mr. Schopf has held various top management positions in companies in the optical, lighting, image processing and optoelectronics industry, as well as acted in an advisory capacity for EOMAX Corporation in Toronto, Canada, a manufacturer and system integrator for optoelectronic systems.
Jean-Manuel Bullukian brings more than 25 years of combined experiences in entrepreneurship, global executive leadership and transformation consulting. Since 2013 he is actively supporting entrepreneurs and is focused on High Tech Industries, Business Services and Luxury Goods. Prior to his entrepreneur activities, Mr. Bullukian was CEO of ISS APAC, where he managed 13 countries and 185,000 employees. He organized the regions while achieving strong profitable growth and was responsible for deployment of global deals. During his time as CEO of the services arm of Adecco (Ajilon) equally present in America, Europe and Asia representing EUR 3bn in IT and Engineering services across 25 countries, the share price nearly doubled under his control.
Mr. Denham is a corporate executive who is principally Chief Operating Officer at Eomax Corp. a privately held manufacturer and system integrator of opto-electronic systems for the military, law enforcement and homeland security markets. He is also CFO of Opterus Inc, a privately held software company that provides a cloud-based retail store task management and communications solution. He is also President of Occulus Inc., a privately held software company that provides an automated sales analysis and forecasting tool for industrial companies.
He was previously CFO of Route1 Inc, a publicly traded manufacturer of a secure remote desktop systems and prior as Managing Director, Investment Banking, CIBC World Markets. He is a Professional Engineer and Chartered Financial Analyst.
